Coffee is good for kidney disease

Scientists research the properties of such a popular drink as coffee very often. But one of the recent studies is especially that in its course, experts found a connection between coffee consumption and mortality, moreover, completely opposite to what was previously known.

Portuguese researchers analyzed data on nearly five thousand people who have been monitored for eleven years. Based on the results of this work, it was concluded that caffeine is good for those who suffer. chronic kidney disease.

During the observations, there was a clear correlation between the consumption of this drink and mortality due to various reasons among patients with chronic kidney ailments. Comparing the data on those who almost did not consume caffeine with people who regularly drank coffee, the scientists concluded that for the last 5 years, the overall probability of mortality decreased by 25%. Experts emphasize that the protective effect of coffee manifested itself in the presence of chronic kidney diseases.

So far, an exclusively observational study has been conducted. That is, scientists did not set out to get an explanation for this effect. However, they suggest that such protection may be associated with the effect of coffee on the state of blood vessels and the fact that it activates products nitric oxideand other components that improve the condition of blood vessels.

True, it is better to choose coffee that is natural, not instant. This statement is especially relevant for men who are not advised to drink a soluble drink by British scientists. They claim that instant coffee has a very bad effect on the sexual health of the stronger sex. The fact is that it contains phytohormonesweakening potency. They act on men much like the "female" hormone estrogen. Therefore, men who drink too much of this drink may notice potency disorders. It is interesting that scientists compare the effect of instant coffee with the effect of beer on men. Both of these drinks provoke, among other things, and obesity by female type.

But one or two cups of good natural coffee per day, on the contrary, will strengthen men's health.
